The Mirus project was a live group project where we had to re-design the middle seat of aircraft seating to allow for a more user centred experience when travelling business class. My group and I worked together to adapt the middle seat so that it can provide a more luxurious feel for the user and it can also be put back to the standard seat for economy use. We worked hard to create a versatile design as this would benefit the flight company and the users. We included extra storage, higher quality cup holders, extra table space, adjustable privacy dividers and a digital screen.
